Disclosed is a cooling CT system. The cooling CT system comprises: a gantry unit and a table which moves an object to an opening area of the gantry unit. The gantry unit includes a variety of part boxes, and blade elements can be formed in at least one area of the part boxes. The cooling CT system includes a cooling method which includes a plurality of cooling methods including a stand-by mode and an operating mode. As such, the CT system is able to control a flow of air inside the gantry unit.
