摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine that can maintain a player's interest by displaying an easily identifiable and realistic display mode. <P>SOLUTION: When objects J2 are each moved laterally across a projection plane TM set in a world coordinate system, the objects J2 are projected parallel on the projection plane TM. When the objects J2 are each moved in a depth direction from the projection plane TM, the objects J2 are projected perspectively on the projection plane TM. For a change from the parallel projection to the perspective projection, the objects J2 are arranged nearer to the projection plane TM so that images of the objects J2 projected on the projection plane TM have the substantially same size. The images of the objects moved laterally on a display screen can be easy to identify and the images of the objects moved back from the display screen can be stereoscopic to maintain a player's interest. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
