An assembly slows the advance of a sheet of corrugated cardboard (1). The assembly has a sheet feed unit, a sheet removal unit, and a brake unit (2). The brake consists of two suction pads on a circular track. A sheet of corrugated cardboard is picked up by the suction pad at one point, is moved through the feed plane and braked. The sheet is then released to the sheet removal unit. |
