<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extremely easily assemble a manifold solenoid valve which is driven by serial signal, facilitate maintenance thereof, and prevent erroneous wiring. SOLUTION: Compressed air is supplied and discharged by means of a manifold solenoid valve 10 through a manifold block 30 connected thereto while mounting a solenoid valve. In addition, serial signals are transmitted to the solenoid valves. Common flow passages 32, 33 penetrating the manifold blocks 30 and flow passages 36 to 38 for communicating the passages 32, 33 with the supplying/discharging apertures of the solenoid valve are arranged on fluid passages 31 of the manifold blocks 30. A spring substrate is housed in an electric circuit 41 of the manifold block, which substrate has connection terminal 46b, etc., for transmitting the serial signals, a slave chip 47 for sampling an operation signal of the solenoid valve from the serial signal, and an electric supply terminal 49 for carrying current to the solenoid valve 20 based on the operation signal. Communication and electric connection of the flow passages are completed by assembling the manifold solenoid valve 10.</p> |
