PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow anyone to easily lock or unlock the locking and unlocking operation knob of a door in an entrance or the like by remote control from a remote place. SOLUTION: An operation rod 16 is fixed to the locking and unlocking operation knob 10 of a handle structure with lock provided on the door 1 of the entrance or the like, and a locking pull wire 14 and an unlocking pull wire 15 are engagingly locked on each end of the operation rod 16. The wires 14 and 15 are further guided to a desired position, so that the lock of the door 1 can be locked and unlocked from a remote place by selectively pulling each wire 14, 15.
