PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking management system for load delivery locker capable of reducing the load of a home delivery service agent by allowing a consignee to safely and surely receive a load whenever the consignee likes. SOLUTION: This system comprise an unlocking means for unlocking the door of a stock room 1 when judging the presence of no load in a stock room 1 by a judgment means 2 and inputting identification data by an input means 8, and also unlocking the door of the stock room 1 when judging the presence of the load in the stock room 1 by the judgment means 2, and reading the identification data by a reading means 9.
