<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce bags at a double speed while keeping the limiting speed of a bag making machine by setting a feed length of a plastic film by two rolls twice as long as a product size and arranging two cutting blades at an interval equal to the product size. <P>SOLUTION: In the bag making machine, the feed length of the plastic film 1 is set to be twice as long as the product size set by the first feed roll 2 and the second feed roll 3 which are synchronized. A set of first blades 4 are arranged between the rolls 2 and 3, and a set of second blades 5 are arranged in front of the second feed roll 3.
