A new concept card, a customer-centric sale system using the same, and a method thereof are provided to enable a seller to extend customer base with active PR(Public Relation) by selling goods with a UC(Ubiquitous Card) irrespective of a card checker, and enable a buyer to perform commercial transaction by inputting UC information and an approval order with the UC of the seller and a credit card of the buyer. A seller registers information of the UC while making a franchise contract with a card company, and receives the UC. The seller manages bank account information by connecting to a bank system(2), enables the buyer to purchase goods by connecting to a buyer terminal(1), and publicizes/distributes the UC or UC information to the buyer. UC information of the seller is registered to a database of a card company. The buyer receives the UC information by connecting to a seller system or a terminal(3), or transmits information/data related to purchase counseling/activity to the database. If the purchase counseling is accomplished, the seller transmits the purchase information/data to the buyer terminal. The seller sends an order by transmitting an approval request to the card company. If temporary card approval information is received from the buyer, a card company server(41) stores the received information and transmits processed contents to the bank system when confirmation is received from the buyer receiving the delivered goods. |
