PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce sliding load in a sliding portion between a rotary shaft and bearing. SOLUTION: The bearing mechanism is characterized in that: a bearing body 3a supporting a rotary shaft 2 in a bearing 3 is formed integrally; a plurality of slender shaft side grooves 8 in which a lubricant 6 is stored is located over the whole sliding portion with the bearing 3 in the rotary shaft 2; a plurality of slender bearing side grooves 5 in which the lubricant 6 is stored is formed in a portion to which a load by the rotary shaft 2 is applied among the sliding portion with the rotary shaft 2 in the bearing 3; a spherical particle 7 of carbon system is added to the lubricant 6; and depth dimensions of each shaft side groove 8 and each bearing side groove 5 are made longer than a diameter dimension of the spherical particle 7.
