PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete skeleton which can surely prevent mortar from coming off the concrete skeleton with time, a method for manually laying a tile, a construction method for the concrete skeleton, and a construction method for a mortar finishing substrate. SOLUTION: A surface of the concrete skeleton 1 is mounted with the mortar 4. In the concrete skeleton 1, many anchors 3 for anchoring the mortar 4 to a concrete skeleton body 2 are each embedded in the state of having the side of a head 3a protruded to be housed in the thickness space of the mortar 4.
