FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method consists in studying of the total concentration indices of nitrite- and nitrates-ions, citrulline, desquamatory endotheliocyte count in blood plasma and calculation of the integrated indicator of endothelial dysfunction (IIED) by means of the factor analysis. If the IIED is 1.250.31 standard units, the functional status of endothelium is considered to be normal, while the IIED 0.140.09 standard units shows the compensated endothelial dysfunction, and with its value -0.960.29 standard units decompensated endothelial dysfunction is observed. ^ EFFECT: application of the method allows improving the integrated estimation of pathologic functional status of endothelium in the patients with arterial hypertension and its cerebral complications. ^ 1 tbl, 3 ex |
