FIELD: power engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: direction of overflow of reactive power between gas-turbine electric power plant (GTEP) and external power system is determined additionally before switching electric generators (EG) on. From the moment of EG switching on "Voltage condition less" is commanded into system of field control, if overflow of reactive power is directed from the power system and decreases approaching zero; "Voltage condition bigger" is commanded, if overflow of reactive power is directed from GTEP and decreases approaching zero. ^ EFFECT: upgraded quality of control of GTI and GTEP; eliminating possible asynchronous modes of parallel operation of GTEP with external power system. ^ 1 dwg
