PURPOSE:To efficiently design a battery having optional voltage by constituting a cell with one positive electrode and one negative electrode each of which current collecting part has the same width as its active material supporting part. CONSTITUTION:A cell consists of one positive electrode 1 and one negative electrode 3. Each grid of the electrodes 1, 3 consists of an active material supporting part and a current collecting part, and the current collecting parts 2, 4 have the same width as their active material supporting parts. A plate group is formed by simple operation and a unit cell having good voltage performance is obtained. Multiple cells are easily connected and voltage drop caused by cell connection is made small. By taking out the positive and negative terminals in the inverse direction up and down, the complexity of cell connection is reduced and cells are effectively connected. |
