PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the adhesion of a resin film and realize the favorable external appearance of a blow molded body by a method wherein a mold temperature, at which the resin film having a plurality of through holes for forming air vent holes on the abutting surface against a preformed body is bonded to the preformed body, is specified. SOLUTION: As a resin film molded integrally with a blow molded body, the resin film 10, on which through holes 10A are provided for venting air, is employed. In addition, the temperature of molds 1 and 2 is set to lie within the range of -20-+20 deg.C of the softening temperature of the resin film 10 or within the range of -30-+50 deg.C or the glass transition point of the resin film. At the blow molding, a preformed body 4 is injected from a die 3 in between the molds 1 and 2. Further, between the opened molds 1 and 2, on the mold 2 side, the resin film 10 for decoration is arranged in advance. Next, the molds 1 and 2 are closed and air is blasted in the preformed body 4 so as to press the preformed body 4 against the molds 1 and 2 for blow molding. |
