PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm the content of speech from the caller with a voice without bothering the neighboring people where the speech is limited by a portable telephone set. SOLUTION: A manner button operation judging part 15a judges whether or not a manner button for reporting call incoming by vibration or display is set. When this manner button is set, specific message transmission instructing part 15b instructs the transmission of a request message for urging preliminarily recorded uni-directional speech to a recording and reproducing part 7 to a calling side at the time of call incoming. When any message transmitted from the calling side is confirmed, an earphone switching instructing part 15c instructs the switching of a received voice from a receiver 4 to an earphone 5 for outputting it. |
