PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motion teaching device for teaching also teacher's internal state such as a watching point, a degree of concentration, a degree of strain, condition of putting emphasis, in teaching a motion. SOLUTION: Data of teacher's living body are detected by a living body data detecting means 12 and converted into internal state data by a living body data processing means 13, and recorded in a storage means 14 with motion data. The motion data and inner state data of a teacher are retrieved from user's motion data in working by a data retrieval means 15, and are presented to the user in a proper form by a presentation means 16.
