<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter apparatus capable of certainly separating fine matter in large quantities in a short time by a small-sized structure to certainly remove the same and lowered in cost by eliminating washing work or replacing work. <P>SOLUTION: This filter apparatus 1 has a filter part A which has a fluid outlet 2d on an axis L1 thereof and a fluid inlet 2c provided at a position displaced from the axis L1 and is constituted so that a fluid containing the fine matter is supplied at a predetermined flow velocity from the fluid inlet 2c to generate a vortex, the fine matter is moved to the outside in a centrifugal state, and the fluid from which the fine matter is separated is discharged from the fluid outlet 2d and the vortex is decelerated to sediment the separated fine matter, and a sedimentation part B for sedimenting the fine matter sedimented in the filter part A. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
