PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a food by which an outer covering material is more surely sealed in a state of an inner material arranged in the outer covering material, and an apparatus therefore in relation to the method for forming the food by which the inner material is wrapped and formed with the outer covering material and the apparatus therefore. SOLUTION: Wrapping and forming of the inner material with the outer covering material can be carried out more surely without exposing the inner material by collecting the peripheral edge of the outer covering material so as to wrap the inner material with the outer covering material by closing operations of a first shutter 1 and sealing the collected peripheral edge of the outer covering material by closing operations of a second shutter 2. |
