The exchanger has a set of superimposed cooling fins, each with a surface perforated with holes (8) for passage of fluid circulating tubes. Circumference of each hole has a concave portion opposite to a deflector (30) formed of a set of longitudinal deviation plates (32). The plates are of length selected such that their ends define a contour of the deflector, with a convex portion complementary to the concave portion.
