<p>A rotation type LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) monitor is provided to correctly arrange a portrait image without reduction of the portrait image by arranging a screen of the LCD monitor to a vertical direction with a simple mechanical operation. A fixed shaft(210) connects a front side to an upper end of a stand(300) and forms a combining hole(212) at a rear end. A mobile shaft(220) is mounted to a rear side of a main frame(100) and pivotally inserts the front side into the combining hole. A fixing device(230) restricts rotation of the mobile shaft with frictional force by combining the fixed and mobile shaft to make the mobile shaft closely attached to the combining hole. The fixing device comprises a male screw(232) formed to a rear outer circumference of the fixed shaft, a nut(234) forwardly moved when the male screw is combined and backwardly moved when combination is released, and a combination hole pressing part(240). The combination hole pressing part presses the outer circumference of the mobile shaft by reducing a diameter of the combining hole when the nut is combined with the male screw.</p> |
