PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily find a lost child so that a present location of the lost child moving around in facilities can be visually recognized from a remote place. SOLUTION: A searcher of the lost child carries a master device 2a in the facilities, and the lost child carries a slave device 2b. A location information acquiring means 1c acquires identification information of the slave device 2b through receiving devices 3a, 3b, 3c mounted in the facilities. A lost child information input means 1d identifies the identification information of the slave device 2b in response to the identification information of the master device 2a when the identification information of the master device 2a is input from a terminal unit 5. A luminous information output means 1e determines the receiving device having received the identification information of the slave device 2b, and outputs a luminous request to a luminous device arranged in a designated range from the determined receiving device in order to make the luminous device emit light.
