A polarized film having a light-diffusing layer and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve a field of view and to prevent diffused reflection by coating the light-diffusing layer. A method for manufacturing a polarized film having a light-diffusing layer(10) includes the steps of: manufacturing a polarizer by performing a swelling process, a dyeing process, a flushing process, a stretching process and a cross link process; forming the light-diffusing layer(10) by coating a light-diffusing compound on a polarizer protection layer(20) through a coating head unit capable of adjusting a spray pressure and a spray quantity; bonding the polarizer protection layer(20) having the light-diffusing layer(10) with the polarizer; and hardening the polarized film having the light-diffusing layer(10) by thermal hardening or light hardening.
