PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe material metal fastener for use, for example, in the construction of safe temporary scaffolding on a building site, which enables the universal adjustment of an angle between pipe materials for being connected together and the fixation of the pipe materials to be rapidly and easily performed without use of a tool. SOLUTION: In the pipe material metal fastener 20, fastener bodies (21 and 22) are rotatably connected together via a rotary supporting member 26. The pipe material metal fastener 20 comprises: an angle adjusting plate 23 which is integrated with the fastener body 21, and in which a plurality of angle adjusting holes 23a-23g are formed at predetermined intervals on a circumference around the central axis L of the rotary supporting member 26; an angle fixing plate 24 which is integrated with a position to face the angle adjusting plate 23 of the fastener body 22, and in which an angle fixing hole 24c is formed on a circumference almost identical to the circumference; and angle fixing implements (25, 27 and 28) for fixing and unfixing the angle adjusting plate 23 and the angle fixing plate 24, which can be integrally inserted into/extracted from any one hole selected from among the angle adjusting holes 23a-23g, and the angle fixing hole 24c.
