PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating electric machine having a small number of components at a low cost. SOLUTION: A plurality of coils 6 are wound concentrically around each of a plurality of teeth formed on the inner circumferential surface of a stator core 2. Each coil 6 is formed such that the first and second open ends are led out, respectively, from the coil ends on the inner circumferential side and the outer circumferential side of the stator core 2 to the same coil end. Each coil 6 is connected with the second open end of the same phase coil adjoining in the circumferential direction DR of the stator core 2 by using a coil wire extended at the first open end.
