COMPILATION SYSTEM, DECRYPTED RESULT DISCLOSING METHOD AND PROGRAM

A compilation system and a compilation result disclosing apparatus having a function of disclosing an acquired-vote distribution in which the correspondence between a candidate and its acquired votes is concealed and further having a function of verifying the correctness. The compilation system comprises a decrypted result converting means (110) that converts decrypted results, which are obtained by a shuffle decrypting means (102), by use of a predetermined converting expression that provides the same outputs to the same plain texts; a converted decrypted result disclosing means (130) that discloses the decrypted results as converted; and a converted decrypted result verifying means (120) that discloses at least information used for verifying that a set of decrypted results as converted is identical with a set of decrypted results before conversion, thereby verifying the correctness of the converted decrypted results.
