PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap made of a synthetic resin by which printed information can be easily confirmed.

SOLUTION: This cap made of the synthetic resin is equipped with a top board section 2 and a cylindrical section 3 which vertically hangs from the peripheral edge of the top board section 2. On the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical section 3, knurls 12 and 13 comprising an unevenness extending in the vertically hanging direction, and a flat section 14 which is formed to be flat are formed. Then, the printed information 15 is formed on the flat section 14 for the cap made of the synthetic resin.
