<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer composition usable for a polymer binder in an ink jet ink having good storage stability to give a printed material showing improved water resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The ink composition contains at least one coloring agent, an aqueous medium and a polymer binder.
