<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-sensitive recording material showing the compatibility between excellent image conservation properties at a bright spot and reduction of a light-exposed texture coloring. <P>SOLUTION: In the heat-sensitive recording material having at least a single heat-sensitive recording material formed on a support, at least a single heat- sensitive recording layer contains at least one kind of an electron-receptive compound represented by formula (1) (wherein R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>are each independently a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group. R<SP>11</SP>to R<SP>14</SP>are each independently a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group).
