PURPOSE: A continuous vacuum grain drier is provided, thereby improving the drying efficiency and inhibiting the color change and putrefaction of grains. CONSTITUTION: A continuous vacuum grain drier comprises a drying chamber(1); a grain receiving hopper(3) installed in one outer surface of the drying chamber(1), and guiding grains(2) to be dried to the drying chamber(1); a conveyer with a conveyer belt(4) horizontally transferring the grains(2); a heating device(5) heating grains(2) transferred by the conveyer belt(4); and a grain discharging hopper(6) installed in another outer surface of the drying chamber(1) and guiding grains(2) dropped from the conveyer belt(4) to the outside of the drying chamber(1), wherein the inner space of the drying chamber(1) is under vacuum condition; and rotary valves(7) are independently positioned under the grain receiving hopper(3) and the grain discharging hopper(6).
