The present invention relates to novel inhibitors of neuraminidase activity and to the use thereof for the prophylaxis and treatment of influenza infections, and specifically to fluoro-substituted 4-acylamino-5-guanidino-3-(pentan-3-yloxy)cyclohexene-1-carboxylic acids and esters thereof of general formula 1, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts and/or hydrates thereof,where R is hydrogen, optionally substituted C-Calkyl, C-Calkenyl or C-Calkynyl; Rf is CHF or CHF. Proposed are a pharmaceutical composition, a method for the production thereof and a method for the prophylaxis and treatment of viral diseases.
