The invention relates to a fitting for doors or the like, with a baseplate which is to be fastened to the door face and which carries a cover movable relative to it and possesses a receiving orifice, into which a cylinder lock serving for locking the door projects, the cover being displaceable out of its closing position engaging over the receiving orifice and is provided with an additional lock. Particularly for an improvement in handling, it is proposed that the cylinder lock (15) and additional lock (28) be designed so as to lock in the same way. <IMAGE>
