<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the dislocation of a tab of a battery element due to preceding winding in manufacturing the battery element by using two plate jigs with holding-between function for eliminating the need for a preceding winding process. <P>SOLUTION: A cylindrical rotation transmitting and holding-between jig 1 having rotation transmitting pins 7, 11 mounted on a rotating shaft 12 and adapted to be moved to an A direction and a holding-between conical hole is moved to the A direction while shrinking a return spring 9 with thrust from A, B directions at the time when a counter side plate jig 4 has contact with a counter side plate jig support 5. Thus, a plate jig having a conical protruded portion and the counter side plate jig support 5 and the counter side plate jig 4 inserted therein are moved to C, D directions along a supporting pin 6 with the effect of the conical shape while shrinking a return spring 8 and a separator existing in a gap 10 is held therebetween. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
