<p>PURPOSE:To improve handling properties by a method wherein a bottom is formed and side parts are formed to the front and the rear of the bottom, and receiving recessed parts to receive a part of one side part of a substance to be packed placed on the upper part of the bottom when the side parts are folded up through respective hinge parts and the forward edge parts are joined together above the bottom are formed in the two side parts. CONSTITUTION:A packing container in a developed state comprises a central bottom 1 and side parts 3 arranged to the front and the rear of the bottom 1 through respective hinge parts 2. The bottom 5 to position each of substances to be packed placed laterally in one row on the bottom 1 forms a spherical recessed part formed in the upper surface of a bed part 6 slightly protruding upward. Each side part 3 is slightly wider than the bottom 1, and spherical recessed parts are formed in the upper surfaces of the respective side parts 3 in a developed state as a receiving recessed part 4 with a bottom 5 of the bottom 1 positioned therebetween, and side wall parts 8 protrude with a side wall part 7 of the bottom 1 positioned therebetween. After substances to be packed are placed on the respective seat parts 5 of the bottom 1, the side parts 3 are folded up through respective hinge parts 2. The forward edges of the two side parts 3 are mated with each other in a position above the bottom 1 and fit-in protrusion and recessed parts 9 and 10 are fitted in each other.</p> |
