PURPOSE:To provide a seat for a motorcycle and a motor-tricycle which can provide an excellent surface skin pattern at low cost and improve the cushion property of the seat. CONSTITUTION:A seat 30 or a motorcycle and a motor-tricycle is constituted by fixing a trim component 36 on a seat cushion pad 35, and the trim component 36 is constituted by fixing a seat surface skin 39 on a trim base member 37 where ruggedness 40 is formed on its surface.
