MANUFACTURE OF SPATTERING-RESISTANT RESIN MOLDED PRODUCT

PURPOSE:To provide a manufacture of a spattering-resistant resin molded product, which can mold easily the resin molded product having spattering resistance by injection molding or extrusion molding by making use of raw material resin obtained by giving a quality of a thermosetting ADC resin to thermoplastic resin. CONSTITUTION:This is a method obtaining a resin molded product by molding of raw material resin. A 30-50% thermosetting ADC resin polymer (diethylene glycol bis (arylcarbonate)polymer) in a powder state is mixed up as raw material resin, thermoplastic resin having a molding temperatures of not exceeding 230 deg.C is used and the molding of the raw material is performed at a temperature of not exceeding 230 deg.C.
