PURPOSE:To provide an inspection method of liquid leak from a resin mold which is constituted so that a generating part of a liquid leak can be detected simply and reliably. CONSTITUTION:In a hot press resin molding method containing the first process performing hot press of a molding material 15 by heated molds 12, 14 and the second process performing the hot press again by casting an IMC material on the surface of the molding material after the first process, prior to the first process, nonwoven fabric 16 coated with thermosetting resin which is a size larger than a bottom force is put on the surface of the molding material 15. Then an inspection method of a liquid leak of a resin mold is constituted so that after the second process, a generating part of the liquid leak is detected by confirming an FRP formed of the IMC material leaked out through a gap between the molds and nonwoven fabric. |
