PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the troubles of the soiling and wear of a measuring knife and to prevent an adverse effect on productivity and an expense due to it. SOLUTION: This is a constituting body for operating a releasing material consisting of an oiling component provided with a donor member, a measuring member 100 brought into contact with the donor member and the supply body 108 of the releasing material to transfer the releasing material 104 and the measuring member 100, the measuring knife 112 held by a certain angle to the measuring member 100 and a reproducible surface member 107 brought into contact with the measuring member 100 and the measuring knife 112 and working in cooperation with the measuring knife 112 supplying the entire surface of the measuring member 100 with the releasing agent 104 and removing soiling substance to be likely accumulated between the measuring member 100 and the measuring knife 12.
