PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the protective function for a water proofing film 3 which an electronic apparatus comprises. SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus comprises a water-proof film 3 for closing sounding holes 2 formed on a case 1. A cover member 8 with a curved surface part expanding out to cover the sounding holes 2 is mounted on the case 1. Small holes 9 through the thickness of the water proof film 3 in a direction crossing the perpendicular to the film 3 surface are formed into the outward expanding curved surface of the cover member 8. The small holes 3 are radial toward the center of the cover member 8. Acoustic components 7 corresponding to the sounding holes 2 exist in the case 1.
