PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To industrially realize the manufacturing of this kind of a pamphlet, which conventionally has a defect such as a hard manual transfer of the pamphlet from a cutter to a folder without developing the deformed incision part of stacked printing papers at the transferring during a manufacturing process by incision and folding indicated in figure 1, by a method wherein a transferring work is facilitated by improving a method for incision and transfer. SOLUTION: In order to facilitate the transferring work of installed papers, incisions are put under the condition that connections, which prevent the incision parts of a printing paper from deforming and has a strength so strong as to develop tear and breakage at folding, are left unworked in dividing size cutting lines in figure 1. Next, a proper number of sheets of printing paper are put on a cardboard and cut to a dividing size and set as they are to the folder by utilizing the cardboard as a tray. In the folding stage with the folder, the connections are torn and broken, resulting in finishing the printing paper into the pamphlet.
