The implement, comprising a pivoted arm (2) on a tractor hitching mechanism (3), and a rotor (4) in the form of a disc with cutters and a deflector (5) to direct the earth extracted by the rotor. The arm (2) is made in two mobile sections (21, 22) with a position control and regulator in the form of a hydraulic cylinder (24) connected to the tractor's hydraulic circuit. The two sections of the arm are articulated to one another at one end and to the tractor hitching mechanism and implement respectively at the other, and they contain the chain and sprocket transmission system for the rotor.
