PURPOSE: A gap or step adjusting device of a rear slide door is provided to simplify assembling process, and to improve the durability of parts by adjusting the gap or the step of the rear slide door in mounting the door. CONSTITUTION: A gap or step adjusting device of a rear slide door is composed of a door bracket(20) connected to the rear slide door; a roller bracket(30) placed between both ends of the door bracket and connected to a roller assembly(R) sliding a center rail; and a connecting member arranged and combined with the door bracket and the roller bracket. The connecting member moves the roller bracket relatively to the door bracket. The tread portion is formed in a connecting bolt(10) to move finely and accurately by adjusting the pitch or the distance. The roller assembly is connected to the center rail without removing the door by moving the roller bracket and the roller assembly finely and precisely.
