FIELD: coke industry; methods of the coal charge carbonization. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of the coke industry, in particular, to the method of the coal charge carbonization. The method consists that the coal charge carbonization in the furnace working in compliance with the production process without trapping of the chemical products is realized with usage of the coking chamber, the coke pushing machine and the device for the coke charge feeding. The lateral loading of the coking chamber is exercised using the previously compacted coal charge. For this purpose the coal charge is molded in the form of the cakes having the length, width and the height. The cakes located closely to each other fill the hearth of the chamber in one layer. The compacted coal charge is placed on the feeding device between the coking chamber and the coke pushing machine at the level of the hearth of the chamber. At that the feeding of at least one cake into the chamber is exercised by means of the coke pushing gear of the coke pushing machine pushing the coal cake through into the chamber and unloading from the chamber the ready coke. At that the dimensions of each cake is selected from the condition of location on the chamber hearth of several cakes, and also with consideration of the power of the pushing out gear providing pushing through at least one cake into the coking chamber. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures, that the dimensions of each coal cake is selected from the condition of location on the chamber hearth of several cakes and with consideration of the power of the pushing out gear providing pushing through at least one cake into the coking chamber. ^ 4 cl |
