A black garlic making apparatus capable of aging garlic selectively using indirect heat from a radiator radiating waste heat of a boiler and a heater is provided to perform the operation and control of the apparatus at a remote location. In a black garlic making apparatus with a drying room(1) in which a garlic storage rack(2) is placed to receive a plurality of metal containers for receiving garlic in the shape of a layer, a radiator(3) for boiler and an electric heater(4) are installed as a heating device to be individually operated. A sensor part and a control part are also installed to measure the temperature and humidity of the drying room and to control the heating device respectively. The black garlic making apparatus further contains a remote server which is connected via a network interface to control the control part at a remote location. |
