摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus for a microscope capable of accurately performing time-lapse photography at optional photographing intervals without requiring addition of hardware and special hardware processing, and to provide an imaging method for a microscope and a program therefor. SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus for the microscope includes: a system control part which obtains a VD time set value by calculating how many cycles a horizontal synchronizing signal exists in a photographing interval and calculates how many cycles the horizontal synchronizing signal exists in time from starting photography to exposure start timing in order to set exposure time in the photographing interval so as to obtain the number of charge sampling pulses; a synchronizing signal generation part which generates a vertical synchronizing signal based on the VD time set value output from the system control part and the horizontal synchronizing signal; and a timing generation part which samples the charge of an imaging device by supplying the horizontal synchronizing signal as a charge sampling pulse to the imaging device by the number of charge sampling pulses and generates a readout pulse synchronizing with the vertical synchronizing signal in order to stop charge storage of the imaging device after starting exposure.
