The present invention relates to the field of wireless communications. Disclosed are a method and apparatus for allocating network resources, and a base station. The method comprises: an evolved node B (eNB) receives a channel quality indicator (CQI) sent by a terminal; the eNB acquires, according to the CQI, a first MCS of the terminal; the eNB allocates, according to the quantity of data to be transmitted and the first MCS, a first resource block (RB) set required for transmitting the data to be transmitted to the terminal; and the eNB adjusts, according to a service type of the data to be transmitted and the first MCS, the first RB set. |
