FIELD: organic chemistry, lipids. SUBSTANCE: invention describes new compounds of the general formula (I) <EMI ID=0.278 HE=15 WI=66 TI=CHI> where R means alkyl radical with unbranched or branched chain with 10-24 carbon atoms that can contain double or triple bonds; R and R mean independently hydrogen or each unbranched, branched cyclic saturated or nonsaturated alkyl residue with 1-6 carbon atoms that can contain also Cl-, OH- or NH<SB>2</SB>-group being two these radicals can be fused to the ring; A means simple bond or one of groups of formulas: -CH<SB>2</SB>-CH<SB>2</SB>-CH<SB>2</SB>-O--O- (II), -CH<SB>2</SB>-CH<SB>2</SB>-O- (III), -CH<SB>2</SB>-CH(CH<SB>3</SB>)-O--O- (IV), -S-(CH<SB>2</SB>)<SB>8</SB>-O- (V) and group of the formula (VI) <EMI ID=0.279 HE=15 WI=30 TI=CHI> being groups (II) a (VI) <EMI ID=0.280 HE=15 WI=75 TI=CHI> are oriented so that oxygen atom is bound with phosphorus atom. In compound (I) X means oxygen or sulfur atom, or NH if A - simple bond, or means oxygen or sulfur atom if A - one of groups -CH<SB>2</SB>-CH<SB>2</SB>-CH<SB>2</SB>-O- and -CH<SB>2</SB>-CH(CH<SB>3</SB>)-O- ; "Y" = 0 or natural number from 1 to 3; m and n = 0 or natural numbers independently at condition that m + n = 2-8. Invention describes also method of synthesis of phospholipid derivatives of the general formula (I) , pharmaceutical composition and a method of its preparing.
