PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily cope with the trouble which has occurred to or is about occur to the freezing device by outputting an alarm signal when it is judged that the trouble has occurred and transmitting measurement data on an estimation result and a specified items at this time when the alarm signal is received. SOLUTION: A measurement part 31 measures the specific items consisting of retrieval items and judgment items set previously at specific intervals of time. A reference data 34 is stored with reference data. The measurement data on a retrieval item from this measurement part 31 is used as retrieval data to retrieve corresponding reference data from the reference data base 34. Then the retrieved reference data is compared with the measured data of the judgment item and then an estimation part 32 estimates the state of the freezing device and outputs the alarm signal in a specific case. Once the alarm signal from the estimation part 32 is received, an information part 33 reports the estimation result and current measured data to a person in charge of maintenance, etc. Therefore, accurate and speedy countermeasures become possible. |
