PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor apparatus that can improve mounting workability, also can improve processing ability of silence, because the silencer can be mounted to a frame or leg portion at the external side of silencer, and can improve vibration resistance of motor due to the processing ability of silencer being improved and the size of bolt may be reduced. SOLUTION: A silencer-mounting seat 7a having a hole for inserting a bolt is mounted to the leg portion 7 of a frame, and a mounting member 8 including a bolt inserting portion 8a to be coupled with the silencer mounting seat 7a, and a support portion 8c provided orthogonal to the bolt inserting portion 8a is then provided at the inner circumference surface at the end part of the silencer 3. Using a bolt 9a and a nut 9b, the silencer mounting seat 7a and the bolt inserting portion 8a are coupled, and then the silencer 3 is mounted to the leg portion 7.
