PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost hydraulic heating system that can effectively prevent the malfunction of a hydraulic motor under low-temperature environment. SOLUTION: This hydraulic heating system comprises a hydraulic control valve means, a flow control means, and the hydraulic motor. The hydraulic control valve means supplies a hydraulic fluid from a hydraulic supply source to multiple hydraulic driving oil paths. The flow control means controls the flow of a pressurized hydraulic fluid in the multiple hydraulic driving oil paths. The hydraulic motor, set between the flow control means and a return oil path to a hydraulic system, is driven by the pressurized hydraulic fluid from the hydraulic control valve means that flows in the multiple hydraulic driving oil paths. The hydraulic motor also has an inner rotation member. Furthermore, the hydraulic heating system is equipped with a heating means that improves its performance and efficiency under low-temperature condition by heating the inner rotation member of the hydraulic motor while the motor is not driven.
