A composition comprising chlorophyll showing anti-oxidative, anti-aging or anti-inflammatory activity is provided to reduce production of nitrogen oxide(NO) and thiobarbituric acid reactive substance(TBARS), decrease oxidative stresses in a cell by delaying glutathione consumption, and lower the expression of iNOS(inducible nitric oxide synthase), so that inflammation disease is prevented or treated. The anti-oxidative, anti-aging or anti-inflammatory composition for preventing or treating disease associated with oxidation, aging or inflammation comprises chlorophyll or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, wherein the inflammation disease is arteriosclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, asthma, acute pain, chronic pain, neuropathic pain, pain after surgical operation, hemicrania, arthralgia, neuropathy, neuronal damage, irritable bowel syndrome, shock by endotoxin, inflammatory bowel disease or cancer; and the composition can be applied as a pharmaceutical or food composition.
